Rules & Regulations

1. The number of sums and timings for the competition will be as per the following.
   • MA - Pre level - 70 sums - 6 mins
   • MA - Level 1 to Level 8 - 70 sums - 6 mins
   • TT - Pre level - Category A - Age upto 5 years - 70 sums - 6 mins
   • TT - Pre level - Category B - Age above 5 years - 120 sums - 6 mins
   • TT - Level 1 - Category A - Age upto 6 years - 70 sums - 6 mins
   • TT - Level 1 - Category B - Age above 6 years - 120 sums - 6 mins
   • TT - Level 2 - Category A - Age upto 6 years - 70 sums - 6 mins
   • TT - Level 2 - Category B - Age above 6 years - 70 sums - 6 mins
   • TT - Level 3 to Level 10 - 70 sums - 6 mins
2. The Parent / Guardian should read and understand the rules and regulation governing registration and undertake to be responsible at all times for the good conduct and behavior of child/children.
3. Registration fee or Rs.950 /- should be paid to the Center Director after submitting the google Form online.
4. All registrations should be done through the respective ALOHA Learning Centers only.
5. All particulars should be filled up in the registration form. Incomplete or incorrect Registration forms will be rejected.
6. Last date for registration is Monday 16th Oct'23, registration will not be accepted thereafter.
7. Registration fees is non-refundable or non-transferable once registration is accepted.
8. The student must observe the Aloha dress code. Students should wear Aloha T- Shirt which will be given to them along with the admit card.
9. Admit card & T-shirt will be sent to the concerned ALOHA Learning Centers on or before Friday, 10th Nov'23.
10. Any appeal (complaints) should be lodged before Saturday 11th Nov'23 only via email to our email id care.alohaindia@gmail.com no other mean of communication will be entertained or recognized. Parents who did not receive the admit card & T-shirt by Monday 13th Nov'23 can contact either the respective ALOHA Centre Head or Head office on "9840031287" between 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM (Monday to Saturday). However any phone query, suggestion, feedback, compliant must be followed by an email to care.alohaindia@gmail.com for action to be taken.
11. The student must report minimum 30 minutes before the Registration time mentioned in the Admit card at the venue.
12. The student has to bring his/her Admit Card, without which participant will not be allowed to participate in the competition
13. The student must carry his/her own Abacus (Plastic or Wooden), Pencil, failing which the same has to be purchased at the venue.
14. The student should be medically fit to participate in the competition.
15. Parents are not allowed inside the competition area.
16. The parent/guardian undertake the absolve Aloha India, the learning center and its agent from any claims arising out of injury, loss or damage caused to the child/children during the competition.
17. Parents are requested to advise their children to be calm and patient. Please advise them not to rush or hurry at the entry and exit points.
18. Parents are requested to fully co-operate with organizers all thorough. In case of difficulty, they can seek assistance from the inquiry counter.
19. Competition will be on Saturday, 25th Nov'23 at Platinum hall, Surat International Exhibition and Convention Center and the prize distribution ceremony will be held on Sunday 26th Nov'23 at Indoor Stadium, Surat, Gujarat and all parents are hereby invited to attend the same.
20. The decision of the organizer will be final in all matters relating to the event.
